I’m super excited to be sharing my newest crochet pattern with you today, my Alivia crochet dish towel pattern!

Inspiration + Design

With the busy summer season upon us, we’re all going to be looking for some quick and easy mindless projects to carry around with us on all our daily adventures. And what better type of project than crochet dish towels! Not only are they one of those super gratifying makes, but they are also highly useful!

These dish towels are not only great in the kitchen, but are also great for wash cloths, face cloths or hand towels! They also make great gifts for housewarmings, teacher gifts, Christmas gifts, weddings, etc.

Yarn

The best type of yarn to use for crochet dish towels in my opinion is cotton yarn because it is machine washable, absorbs water and tends to be the most durable.

For my dish towels, I used Peaches & Cream Cotton yarn. Some other good size 4 cotton yarns to use would be I Love This Cotton from Hobby Lobby, Lily Sugar n’ Cream, Dishie from crochet.com, Lion Brand Re-Up, and Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton.
